Continuing our Kentucky Catholic theme, I came across some recordings (done in the late fifties) of the Trappist monks of the Abbey of Gethsemani (not far from Bardstown).

Lovely singing. Unfortunately, Gregorian Chant is as rare as hen's teeth at Gethsemani these days. They're quite mired in the 1960s liturgically. The Merton legacy I'm afraid.
